SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies. The production time would be mentioned in the product description, products that are made on order basis require 10-12 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, for within India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5-12 days. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN

Terms of our refund policy and procedures:

1. All products, to be returned/exchanged must initiate the request via our website https://www.printsvalley.com/apps/ezy/returns within 3 Days of receipt of your order.
2. Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
3. Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any return or exchange request. We do not provide reverse pickup services.
4. Prints Valley reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
5. We will issue a final refund only once we receive your return and we will deduct a flat  INR 250 (initialshipping cost) for the case in both the payment modes ( prepaid & COD ).
6. All products under sale or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for return.
7. After we receive the original product, we will send the replacement within 2 to 3 days at no additional cost, including free shipping.
8. Customers are entitled to a one-time exchange only.
   If you attempt to initiate a second exchange or return, we will not be able to re-exchange or cancel the order.

*Important- We would require you to deliver the product in unused state and accompanied by a copy of all the original receipt or invoice.

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.

• If the Mode of refund is by credit/debit card or net banking, Please allow 12-18 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, It is the banks policy that delays the refund timings and we have no control over that.
• If the mode of refund is by eWallet, credit should be available within 24 hours. During peak seasons please allow upto 15-18 working days for your return to process.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours of the placing of order by calling us on  +91 9982999117. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours, after the cancellation request.
